Moving to Nashville

Welcome, friends!  Joey and I are so excited to announce that we are moving to Nashville!  Well, technically we’re moving just outside of the big city.  The city will be right at our fingertips but we will live in a bit more of a rural area.  So, this Chattanooga girl is moving!

With the exception of a mere 18 months out of my 40 years, I have always lived in Chattanooga.  This will be a change but we are so excited about all of the wonderful possibilities a future near Nashville holds for us.  Joey has already started working for a fantastic remodeling company.  He’s the new project manager there and he is loving it!  He’s been working there about a month and commuting home on the weekends.  Our lease is almost up and I can’t wait to join him there.  I sure do miss him!

Being close to Nashville means I will have access to some of the greatest design resources, fantastic restaurants, and all of the wonderful music!  I can’t wait!

Joey and I have a lot of hopes and dreams for Nashville.  We are coming up on our third wedding anniversary but we still don’t feel like we have really put down any roots.  We have moved three times since we got married!  We are definitely ready to settle down and lay that foundation for our future!

Several people have asked me what I’m going to do when we get to Nashville.  I will continue to be a freelance designer for my company, Victoria Lee Home.  I’m also developing some online decorating courses.  I am very excited about pulling this together!  There will be at least 12 different decorating classes offered through the program.  It will be a great way for my followers to learn how to decorate multiple areas around their home.  I’ve been working on putting this course together for a few months now and I can’t wait to unveil it.  Stay tuned!

We’ll be spending the next few weeks moving and getting settled.  Thank you all so much for your well-wishes and continued support.  We couldn’t do it without you!
